Pointview House

Pointview House is a stunning four bedroom detached house which overlooks the shores of Lough Foyle. The house is situated between the villages of Moville and Greencastle. Both villages have excellent pubs offering great traditional food and live music. Greencastle is a fishing port and has various fishing trawlers and Salmon boats docked at its harbour. The nearby village Shroove has an 18 hole golfcourse and also a beautiful sandy beach. Enjoy a day trip to Derry City which is about a 35 minute drive from our house.

Pointview House has three double bedrooms two of which have ensuite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. The Master bedroom has a real open fire and the adjoining ensuite bathroom has a two person jacuzzi bath and overhead shower making it ideal for a romantic night in. The sitting room has a stunning black marble open fire and the dining room has a beautiful wooden open fire – enjoy your meals with stunning views and a cosy fire.

The property has superb views of Lough Foyle and its many beautiful beaches making it the ideal location to enjoy a barbeque and a glass of wine looking out at the magnificient sea views, passing sailing and fishing boats and the occasional cruiseship that pass by our house. Our garden leads directly on to the beach where you can explore the stunning scenic walks to Moville and Greencastle.
